AZHA Avocats is pleased to share that Dr Mercédeh Azeredo da Silveira has been appointed as a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, effective 1 January 2026.

Mercédeh was appointed alongside Michael Feit (Walder Wyss), Veijo Heiskanen (Heiskanen Legal), Tanja Planinic (Planinic Arbitration) and Simon Vorburger (Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan). She joins a distinguished Arbitration Court of 28 leading international arbitration practitioners and, in this capacity, will contribute to the Court’s mission of ensuring the efficient administration of proceedings under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration.
